From PBA game nights in Manila to Premier League weekends and international boxing events, whq888 lets you back your picks in Philippine Peso with live odds and a clean, mobile-first experience.
whq888 covers the sports Filipino fans care about most, plus a full range of international events across the calendar year.
PBA, NBA, FIBA and more.
PFL, Premier League, La Liga, Champions League.
Local and world championship bouts.
ML:BB, Dota 2, CS2, Valorant.
UAAP, PVL and international events.
Tennis, MMA, baseball , badminton, golf & more.
whq888 supports a full range of bet types so you can wager in the way that matches your strategy and comfort level.
The most straightforward wager — pick one outcome from one event. Ideal for beginners and for experienced bettors who want to keep things simple.
Combine multiple selections into one bet. All picks must win for the parlay to pay out, but the potential odds multiply with each additional leg.
Place bets while a game or match is already in progress. Odds update in real time based on the current state of play, letting you react to what you are watching.
A virtual head start or deficit is applied to even up lopsided matchups. Common in basketball and football, handicap betting often produces more competitive odds on clear favourites.
Instead of picking a winner, you bet on whether the combined total score or statistic in a game will be above or below a line set by whq888.
Wager on specific outcomes within a game — first scorer, total rebounds, number of corners, or player performance milestones — rather than the final result.
Sports betting is woven into the culture of Filipino fandom. Whether it is a packed barangay watching a PBA playoff game, friends in Cebu following an NBA Finals series, or Davao gamers tracking the Dota 2 international standings, the instinct to back your prediction with a little extra stake makes watching sports even more engaging. whq888 gives that instinct a proper platform — structured, secure, and built for the Philippine market.
The whq888 betting section covers all the sports categories Filipino fans are most passionate about, from local basketball leagues right through to international football, combat sports, and the esports titles that have developed massive followings across the archipelago over the past decade. Every bet is denominated in Philippine Peso, and the platform is accessible around the clock from any Android or iOS device, or from a desktop browser.
It is no exaggeration to say that basketball is the national sport of the Philippines, and on whq888, it receives the coverage that reflects that status. The Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) is fully represented, with regular season games, playoff series, and championship finals all available for betting across a range of markets.
Beyond the PBA, NBA coverage on whq888 is extensive. Regular season games from October through April, the playoffs in May and June, and the Finals all draw massive interest from Filipino bettors, particularly for teams with Filipino-American representation or strong fan followings in the country. Key markets available on NBA games typically include:
FIBA tournaments and international basketball events, including Olympic qualifiers and the Basketball World Cup, round out the basketball coverage on whq888 throughout the calendar year.
Football's popularity in the Philippines has grown significantly over the past decade, driven by Premier League broadcasts, the growth of the Philippine Football League, and the emergence of Filipino players in international competitions. whq888 covers football at every level.
The Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League are all available on whq888, with pre-match odds published well in advance of kick-off and live betting markets opening once games begin. The PFL and national team qualifying campaigns are also covered, giving local football fans the chance to back Philippine clubs and the Azkals.
Football offers some of the widest variety of betting markets of any sport. On whq888, you will typically find the following for major matches:
The Philippines has produced some of the most celebrated boxers in modern history, and boxing remains deeply embedded in the national sporting identity. Major world title fights involving Filipino boxers attract significant betting interest on whq888, and the platform ensures comprehensive coverage of marquee bouts.
Available boxing markets typically include outright winner, method of victory (decision, KO/TKO, or technical decision), and round betting. For title fights with multiple Filipino interest angles, whq888 may also offer prop markets around the number of knockdowns or the specific round range of a stoppage.
Esports has carved out one of the most rapidly expanding segments of the whq888 betting section. The Philippines is one of Southeast Asia's strongest esports markets — Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (ML:BB) in particular has an enormous following, and the national team has been among the world's best at the MLBB World Championship for several consecutive cycles.
whq888 covers esports betting across multiple titles:
Esports markets on whq888 follow similar structures to traditional sports — match winner, map winner in best-of-series formats, and in-play markets for live matches. The growing maturity of esports broadcasting and data infrastructure means live odds on major esports events are increasingly reliable and fast-moving.

Odds represent both the probability of an outcome and the amount you stand to win relative to your stake. whq888 displays odds in decimal format by default, which is the format most commonly used across Asian and European sportsbooks and the easiest to read for calculating returns.
In decimal odds, your total return (stake included) equals your stake multiplied by the odds. So a ₱500 bet at odds of 2.50 would return ₱1,250 if successful (₱500 × 2.50), for a profit of ₱750. Odds below 2.00 indicate the outcome is considered more likely than not by the market; odds above 2.00 indicate the underdog or less likely outcome.
| Example Event | Market | Odds (Decimal) | ₱500 Stake Returns |
|---|---|---|---|
| PBA Game Popular | Team A to Win | 1.85 | ₱925 |
| Premier League Match | Over 2.5 Goals | 1.72 | ₱860 |
| ML:BB MPL Match Live | Match Winner | 2.10 | ₱1,050 |
| Boxing World Title | Fighter A by KO/TKO | 3.40 | ₱1,700 |
* Example figures only. Actual odds vary by event and market conditions.
Sports betting on whq888 is intended as entertainment — a way to add an extra dimension to watching the sports you already enjoy. It is not a reliable income source, and no bet, regardless of how certain an outcome appears, is ever guaranteed. Every market on whq888 carries the risk of loss, and it is important to approach betting with that reality firmly in mind.
Before you start a betting session, set a clear budget in Philippine Peso — an amount you are fully comfortable losing — and a time limit. Track your bets so you maintain an accurate picture of your overall results. Never chase losses by placing larger or more impulsive bets after a losing run; this almost always accelerates the problem rather than resolving it.
whq888 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. If at any point you feel that betting is affecting your finances, relationships, or daily life in ways that concern you, please visit the Responsible Gaming page for self-assessment tools, deposit limit controls, and self-exclusion options.
